At Plan4Event, we understand that wedding and event plans can sometimes change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations made through our Platform. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
1 General Cancellation Terms
Cancellation policies vary based on the type of service, vendor, and the time of cancellation. Users are advised to review the specific cancellation terms of each vendor before confirming a booking.
Plan4Event serves as a marketplace and facilitates connections — ultimate cancellation and refund decisions rest with the individual vendors, subject to the guidelines below.

3 Platform Booking Fee
Any convenience or platform booking fee charged by Plan4Event at the time of booking is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made. This fee covers the cost of processing and facilitating your booking.
4 Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule rather than cancel, please contact the vendor directly or reach out to our support team at +91-9797974294. Rescheduling is subject to vendor availability and may incur additional charges.
Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event may be treated as cancellations.
5 Vendor Cancellations
In the rare event that a vendor cancels your booking, Plan4Event will endeavour to:
- Assist you in finding an alternative vendor of similar quality
- Facilitate a full refund of the amount paid to the cancelled vendor
- Provide priority support to reschedule or source alternative services
Plan4Event is not responsible for losses, inconvenience, or damages arising from vendor cancellations but will make every reasonable effort to support affected users.
6 How to Request a Cancellation
Via PlatformLog in to your Plan4Event account, go to 'My Bookings', select the booking, and click 'Request Cancellation'.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or platform request) to be considered valid.
7 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.)
- Bank processing times may vary and are outside Plan4Event's control
- Refund confirmation will be sent to your registered email address
8 Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure), Plan4Event and its vendors may offer date changes or credit notes in lieu of cash refunds. Each case will be evaluated individually, and we will communicate clearly with all affected users.
9 Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with a cancellation or refund decision, please contact our grievance team at info@plan4event.in. We aim to resolve all disputes within 15 working days.
Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the appropriate consumer forum as per applicable Indian laws.
10 Changes to This Policy
Plan4Event reserves the right to amend this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
