The bar setup and bartender skill matter just as much as the spirits being served. For food, think standing-friendly canapes, live cooking stations, and a late dessert counter after 10:30 PM to keep energy alive. Entertainment should be planned as an arc — know what the room should feel like at 8 PM, 10 PM, and midnight before booking any act. Budget ranges from ₹1.5 lakh for a stylish 75-guest event up to ₹12 lakh+ for a grand 300–500 guest production. Venue hire is always separate.
