5 Vendor Listings
Plan4Event acts as a marketplace connecting users with vendors. We do not directly provide wedding or event services. All transactions are between users and vendors.
Plan4Event does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or availability of any vendor's services. We encourage users to review vendor portfolios, ratings, and client feedback before making bookings.
6 Booking and Payments
- Bookings made through the Platform are subject to vendor availability and confirmation
- Payments processed through the Platform are handled by secure third-party payment gateways
- Plan4Event is not responsible for payment disputes between users and vendors
- Cancellation and refund policies are subject to individual vendor terms and our Cancellation Policy
7 Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and software — is the property of Plan4Event or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8 Reviews and User Content
- You grant Plan4Event a non-exclusive license to display content you submit (reviews, photos, etc.)
- Reviews must be honest, genuine, and based on real experiences
- Plan4Event reserves the right to remove content that violates community guidelines
- Do not submit reviews for vendors with whom you have a personal or financial conflict of interest
9 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Plan4Event does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plan4Event shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or services.
11 Indemnification
